At Wellness Abundance Coaching, we’ll partner with you to create a meal plan that works for you and your family. We’ve found that co-creating a meal plan with our clients is more beneficial to them in the long run.

You don’t have to eliminate any foods if you don’t want to. While we encourage a whole food eating style, we also want to give you the opportunity to be flexible with your meals. Your coach will work with you to help you learn which foods give you energy and help you thrive. You’ll learn how to eat for your body while enjoying the food and beverages you love.

Our program is designed to support you on your health journey by providing you with tools and resources that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We’ve found that our clients find the most success when they have the freedom and flexibility to choose what feels right to them. Since it’s up to you utilize the tools and resources we provide as you see fit we cannot guarantee you’ll achieve your health and fitness goals.

You have access to the online courses and fitness videos for 6 months after the date you begin your coaching sessions.

We don't currently offer a payment plan for our 6-Week Healthy Habit Reset.

You’re welcome to cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund up until 24 hours prior to your first coaching session. There will be no refunds after this date and time.
If you need to cancel/reschedule your coaching session, please do so at least 24 hours before the time of your session. If you cancel within 24 hours for any reason other than illness, injury, death, or family emergency, your session will count as a paid session.

Yes! You’re welcome to invest in additional coaching sessions. Just let Melissa know you’d like to invest in more coaching sessions and she’ll get you set up.

Yes! We offer an 6-Week Healthy Habit Reset a few times throughout the year. When you enroll in 1:1 coaching you have the option to join one of the group coaching cohorts within 12 months of your enrollment date.
