Let’s be real… Maintaining healthy eating, exercise, and sleep habits can sometimes feel like a full time job. Life gets in the way and, before we know it, we’re sitting on the couch, binge watching our favorite show, drinking a glass of wine, and eating a box of cookies. We know we need an intervention… but honestly, cookies are just so convincing. Lucky for you, I’m here to help you get back on track, without any judgment or cookie shaming!
If you’re feeling overwhelmed and like you’re starting from ground zero, our 6-Week Healthy Habit Reset will help you get back to where were you were before you veered off course. Or if you’re ready to take your healthy and wellness to the next level, this 6-week program is for you.
I like to call it the “in-between” coaching sessions. If you feel like you can’t quite do this on your own or want faster results but don’t feel the need to enroll in my full 12-Weeks to Effortless Weight Loss program, you’re in an “in-between” stage. This means you have the discipline to implement healthy habits and you see the value of working with a pro to help you take your health to the next level. If this is you, you’re in a great place!

Educate - Wellness Abundance Program
I’ve created the Wellness Abundance Program with 12 videos (a PDF tags along with each video) to give you golden nuggets of how your body responds to nutrition, fitness, and rest, the Wellness Abundance Coaching Pillars. My program teaches you how to gain clarity on your health and fitness goals so you can feel empowered throughout the process. This course will also help you maintain flexibility as you create sustainable healthy lifestyle habits in order to find what work best for you.

Inspire, Motivate, and Empower - Weekly Group Q&A Sessions
When you join our 6-Week Healthy Habit Rest, we’ll connect virtually each week for 60-minutes to celebrate your wins and chat about what’s working for you and what can be improved.
As your health and fitness coach, my number one goal is to make your life easier as you navigate your journey of creating healthy lifestyle habits.
During our weekly group Q&A sessions, you’ll:
Gain clarity on your goals: You’ll take the golden nuggets you learn in the modules in Wellness Abundance and apply what resonates with you to your life one step at a time
Share challenges and get support: We all need a little (or a lot) of inspiration and motivation when we’re feeling stuck or have veered off course.
Connect with other awesome participants who are on the same journey!
You’ll leave every one of these sessions feeling empowered to make your dream and vision for your healthy lifestyle a reality.
If you’re on your way home from work at the time of our Q&A session, you can connect to the session and listen while you drive! Just be sure to use your hands-free feature. I want everyone to be safe! Or listen in while you’re cooking dinner and chime in when you can.

Wellness Abundance Club Community of Support
You’ll be part of a community of like minded women traveling on a similar health journey as you. We have a private community in the My Coach app where you can share inspiration, recipes, ask for help, and celebrate your wins. Knowing that other women are experiencing the same health challenges as you (fatigue, extra weight, brain fog, moodiness, etc.) is comforting. It’s refreshing knowing you have a community you can rely on for support, encouragement, and to celebrate your wins with you.

At the end of the 6-Week Healthy Habit Reset, you’ll schedule a 30-minute one-on-one virtual session with me (at no extra cost to you!) to create a clear and actionable strategy moving forward. We’ll brainstorm ideas that are exciting and fun for you as you go out into the real world. It will be well worth it to carve out the time in your busy schedule to hop on this virtual session because as Monica Gellar says, “Welcome to the real world. It sucks. You’re gonna love it.”

At Wellness Abundance Coaching, we’ll partner with you to create a meal plan that works for you and your family. We’ve found that co-creating a meal plan with our clients is more beneficial to them in the long run.

You don’t have to eliminate any foods if you don’t want to. While we encourage a whole food eating style, we also want to give you the opportunity to be flexible with your meals. Your coach will work with you to help you learn which foods give you energy and help you thrive. You’ll learn how to eat for your body while enjoying the food and beverages you love.

Our program is designed to support you on your health journey by providing you with tools and resources that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We’ve found that our clients find the most success when they have the freedom and flexibility to choose what feels right to them. Since it’s up to you utilize the tools and resources we provide as you see fit we cannot guarantee you’ll achieve your health and fitness goals.

You have access to the online courses and fitness videos for 6 months after the date you begin your coaching sessions.

We don't currently offer a payment plan for our 6-Week Healthy Habit Reset.

You’re welcome to cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund up until 24 hours prior to your first coaching session. There will be no refunds after this date and time.
If you need to cancel/reschedule your coaching session, please do so at least 24 hours before the time of your session. If you cancel within 24 hours for any reason other than illness, injury, death, or family emergency, your session will count as a paid session.

Yes! You’re welcome to invest in additional coaching sessions. Just let Melissa know you’d like to invest in more coaching sessions and she’ll get you set up.

Yes! We offer an 6-Week Healthy Habit Reset a few times throughout the year. When you enroll in 1:1 coaching you have the option to join one of the group coaching cohorts within 12 months of your enrollment date.
