What To Expect During Your Discovery Call

After you choose a day and time that works best for you, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire so I can learn more about where you are now and why you’re reaching out for coaching. During our video call, we’ll chat about your health journey including what’s worked and what hasn’t worked for you in the past and your vision for the future. I’ll walk you through how I work with my clients and answer all your questions so you can get clarification on my programs and can decide if any of them are a good fit for you.
