In this module, we’ll do a deep dive into how the food you eat affects your hormones during your menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. You’ll learn the difference between minimally processed foods and ultra processed foods and which ones to avoid.  

Hormones 101- In this lesson, you’ll learn the basics of hormones and their function in the body.   

Food And It’s Effects On Hormones- In this lesson, you’ll learn which foods and nutrients can wreak havoc on your body and cause your hormones to get out of wack and which ones support your body and help you thrive.

How It Works 

Step 1- Schedule your free discovery call here.  During our call we’ll chat about where you are right now on your health journey, what you’ve tried in the past, and what you’re looking to get out of health and fitness coaching.

Step 2- If you decide you want to move forward with coaching, you’ll receive a link that will walk you through the enrollment process to secure your spot in the program.  The enrollment process includes scheduling your onboarding session (in-person fitness assessment for personal training or virtual video call for health coaching), filling out an intake form, signing a liability waiver and client coach agreement, and making your payment. 

Step 3- During your orientation, we’ll go over your intake form, set your initial goals, complete a physical assessment (for personal training sessions only), and complete an orientation of your Practice Better client account tools and resources.

Step 4- Schedule all your personal training or health coaching sessions.
