Wellness Abundance Club is best for people who would like the accountability of a heath coach to guide them through the process of creating wellness abundance in their life. Creating new habits and eliminating old ones is a simple process but it’s not always easy. When certain beliefs are ingrained in our subconscious mind for many years it can be challenging to change our behavior. This isn’t simply a theory. It’s based on the biology of our brain.
In Wellness Abundance Club, there’s no absolute eating style, exercise routine, or any other lifestyle habits. We’ll partner with you to create flexibility with your healthy lifestyle habits. We’ll help you dig deep to learn what’s most important to you and what truly brings you joy in your life. You define which lifestyle habits are considered healthy according to your values and priorities.
If you’re tired of the start/stop shenanigans when it comes to finding an eating style that works for you or simply dieting we’ll help you find one that supports your specific health and fitness goals. You’ll feel empowered throughout your daily life to make food choices that support your goals. You’ll gain the confidence you need to know exactly which foods your body thrives on. We’ve created a variety of workouts that are all 30 minutes or less that will help you achieve just about any fitness goal. These workouts can be folded into your current exercise routine or the foundation of your exercise routine. We’re regularly adding new workout videos so you can add variety to your exercise routine and keep it fresh.
You’ll have access to our online courses and fitness videos through our membership site on our website in addition to the My Coach app. My Coach app can be downloaded on your smart phone or tablet. You can message your coach directly through this app. Your coach will help you take the information you learn in the online courses and guide you in creating healthy habits that support you in the long run.
You can spend hours and hours researching how to create healthy sustainable lifestyle habits and still have success with it if you choose not to join Wellness Abundance Club. Throughout the year we’ll offer multiple 8 week group health coaching programs. During each group health coaching program, we’ll dive deep into a specific topic related to women’s health to help you to work with the natural flow of the aging process.
Beginning on June 27, everyone who is a member of Wellness Abundance Club will be invited to attend our brand new Show Your Sugar Cravings Who’s Boss in 8 Weeks group health coaching program.
When sugar cravings are well managed there are so many great side effects to experience. These side effects include improved mood, effortless fat loss, more energy, more mental clarity, and better absorption of nutrients.

Will my coach at WAC give me a meal plan?
At Wellness Abundance Coaching, we’ll partner with you to create a meal plan that works for you and your family. We’ve found that co-creating a meal plan with our clients is more beneficial to them in the long run.
Which foods will I have to eliminate when I join Wellness Abundance Club?
You don’t have to eliminate any foods if you don’t want to. While we encourage a whole food eating style, we also want to give you the opportunity to be flexible with your meals. Your coach will work with you to help you learn which foods will support your health goals best. We’ll teach you how to incorporate intuitive eating to support your health goals while at the same time enjoying the foods you love.
Can you guarantee I will achieve my health and fitness goals if I join Wellness Abundance Club?
Wellness Abundance Club is designed to support you on your health journey by providing you with tools and resources that we believe will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We’ve found that our clients find the most success when they have the freedom and flexibility to choose what feels right to them. Since it’s up to you utilize the tools and resources we provide as you see fit we cannot guarantee you’ll achieve your health and fitness goals.
