Health Coaching Support For Better Results

If you could name one reason you fall short when creating a sustainable strength training routine, what would it be?

Maybe it’s being intimidated by the male dominated gym environment.  Or not knowing where to start or how much weight to use.  Or maybe it’s not knowing how to build a new exercise habit that works for your lifestyle.

This is where the combination of health coaching and personal training can be the solution to your exercise consistency problem.

What I’ve learned over the past decade is that health coaching (creating sustainable lifestyle habits) and personal training (workouts programmed specifically for you) go hand-in-hand.  One does not work as efficiently without the other.  Personal training sessions are more than just pushing weight around and counting reps.  It’s about celebrating wins, tracking progress, creating a nutrition strategy to supports your fitness efforts, and pushing you to stretch your limits to make progress safely.

But it starts with one thing: accountability.

The number one reason my clients come to me for help is accountability.  It’s hard to create a sustainable exercise routine when you have barriers that get in the way.  My job is to help you learn how you can overcome those barriers so you can push your limits and create lasting change.

According to this article here, “Over 40% of clients feel they stay on track because of regular support.”  I hear this a lot from my clients.  A solid support system is the foundation of long term success when it comes to fitness and nutrition.

I’ve simplified my health and fitness coaching services and added value so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.  Health coaching is great for women who are not quite ready for a twice a week exercise routine but want learn how to create other lifestyle habits such as whole food nutrition and adequate sleep.  Personal training is great for women who are ready for a consistent exercise routine and are willing to create other lifestyle habits such as nutrition to support their fitness habits.

When you enroll in my personal training program, you’ll also receive weekly 15-minute health coaching sessions where we talk specifically about nutrition, sleep, stress or any other area of health and wellness you want to improve.  Of course, we’ll talk about this during your workouts, however, carving out time just for health coaching will help us uni-task (a term I learned from a therapist friend) and focus on the conversation at hand and not how many reps you’ve done or which set you’re on.

This is a great program for women who:

  • are ready for sustainable change with their health and fitness habits

  • are willing to invest time and money now to save money on healthcare costs in the future

  • want to lose weight by increasing the production of GLP-1 naturally without drugs

  • are willing to make a 12-week commitment to improving their health

If any of this sounds like you, go here to check my availability and book a free consultation with me.  You’ll never know if 1:1 health and fitness coaching is a good fit for you until you explore your options.
