Can you believe the 2025 holiday season is almost here? Seriously… Where does the time go?
The leaves are changing color, the weather is cooling off (well, hopefully) and PSL’s (a.k.a Pumpkin Spice Lattes, but you already knew that) are popping up in coffee shops everywhere. The feeling of Fall is in the air.
In my opinion, this is when the holiday season truly begins, despite the holiday store displays seemingly appearing earlier every year. This is the time of year when where ever you go something is telling you it’s time to prep for the holidays.
There’s so many temptations lurking around every corner during the holiday season. Pies, candy, adult beverages, sugar filled coffee drinks, cookies, and the list goes on.
With these temptations, the holidays can bring up a lot of anxiety around food and fitness.
I’m here to help you minimize your anxiety so you can enjoy a fun filled holiday season without worrying about:
