  • 15‑Minute Video / Call Check‑Ins
    Each week, we meet for a short but focused session. We assess how you did, troubleshoot any challenges, and make tweaks for the upcoming week. This keeps you accountable and aligned.

  • Unlimited Messaging Support
    When form questions, issues, motivation dips, or schedule bumps come up, message me directly. I’m here to guide you in real time so you never feel stuck or alone.


Continuous Virtual Personal Training ($150/month)

How It Works

Here’s exactly what to expect when you begin your wellness journey with me:

Step 1: Schedule Your Wellness Strategy Session

Book your free video call with me here. We’ll talk about where you are with your health, what you've tried before, and what you’re hoping to achieve. I’ll also explain how my coaching works so you can decide if it’s the right fit for you.

Step 2: Choose to Enroll in Virtual Personal Training

First month includes:

  • 60-minute Fitness Assessment (virtually or in-person)

  • Four 15-minute Virtual Check-Ins

  • Weekly Personalized Workouts

  • Unlimited Messaging


Step 3: Complete Onboarding and Welcome Session

Once you’ve enrolled and submitted your intake form, you’ll schedule your 60-minute Fitness Assessment.

In this session, we will:

  • Review your intake form

  • Set goals and intentions

  • Complete a mini workout


Step 4: Dive Into Your Program

Inside your Practice Better portal, you’ll find:

  • Weekly personalized workouts

  • 12 in-depth video lessons

  • Tools and strategies to create sustainable lifestyle habits

  • Guidance to help train your body to become a fat burner—at any age

  • Food journals, habit trackers, weekly reflections, and more!

Results That Last

I’m so confident in your success that we include a Built-In Safety Net: If you’ve fully committed to your workouts (showing up, doing the work, being honest, setting realistic expecatations), and still aren’t getting results, you can cancel your enrollment at any time. We do not offer full or pro-rated refunds.

Melissa was fantastic. She was really kind and motivational, and I felt like she had some really great ideas. In addition, I think she did a good job not having us go from 0 to 100 and helped us make small, foundational changes that were sustainable. I thought the format (one group session/individual sessions) was really helpful too - the group sessions were a bit more motivational, whereas the individual sessions let you really delve into questions and reflect on what you could personally do. The facebook group was also a real bonus - it was really awesome seeing how everyone else was doing and having that peer support as well.

  • At Wellness Abundance Coaching, we’ll partner with you to create a meal plan that works for you and your family. We’ve found that co-creating a meal plan with our clients is more beneficial to them in the long run.

  • You don’t have to eliminate any foods if you don’t want to. While we encourage a whole food eating style, we also want to give you the opportunity to be flexible with your meals. Your coach will work with you to help you learn which foods give you energy and help you thrive. You’ll learn how to eat for your body while enjoying the food and beverages you love.

  • Our program is designed to support you on your health journey by providing you with tools and resources that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We’ve found that our clients find the most success when they have the freedom and flexibility to choose what feels right to them. Since it’s up to you utilize the tools and resources we provide as you see fit we cannot guarantee you’ll achieve your health and fitness goals.

  • You have lifetime access to the video content in your Practice Better account.

  • We whole heartedly believe that investing in your physical and mental health should be a priority. We offer personalized payment plans to make it easy on your finances.

  • When you follow the Wellness Abundance Coaching habit creation protocol, you’ll feel confident in your ability to make choices throughout your daily life that align with your health and wellness values and intentions.  By the end of our 4 weeks together if you don’t feel confident in the lifestyle habits you’ve created for yourself, you’ll receive one additional 30-minute health coaching session at no extra charge if you’ve met the following criteria:

    • Showed up for every coaching session with an open mind and heart

    • Was open and honest during every coaching session

    • Watched all the videos and completed all the tasks and protocols

    • Reached out for support in-between 1:1 coaching sessions when you were stuck

    • Filled out your Weekly Reflection form every week during the program

  • Yes! You’re welcome to invest in additional coaching sessions. Just let Melissa know you’d like to invest in more coaching sessions and she’ll get you set up.

  • Yes! We offer an 6-Week Healthy Habit Reset a few times throughout the year. When you enroll in 1:1 coaching you have the option to join one of the group coaching cohorts within 12 months of your enrollment date.
