I’m so confident in your success that we include a Built-In Safety Net: If you’ve fully committed to your workouts (showing up, doing the work, being honest, setting realistic expectations), and still aren’t getting results, we’ll talk about additional training sessions or workout plans at not extra cost to you. We do not offer full or pro-rated refunds.
“Recently I sought out Melissa for help with formulating a workout plan. Even though I have been a health coach for 8 years, and know a lot about fitness, I am not a fitness expert. (Even coaches can benefit from a coach!) I have a few challenges with exercise, like fairly low physical tolerance for it, low muscle mass due to chronic medical issues, and needed to keep things on the lighter side and work up gradually, while hoping to make noticeable progress.

At Wellness Abundance Coaching, we’ll partner with you to create a meal plan that works for you and your family. We’ve found that co-creating a meal plan with our clients is more beneficial to them in the long run.

You don’t have to eliminate any foods if you don’t want to. While we encourage a whole food eating style, we also want to give you the opportunity to be flexible with your meals. Your coach will work with you to help you learn which foods give you energy and help you thrive. You’ll learn how to eat for your body while enjoying the food and beverages you love.

Our program is designed to support you on your health journey by providing you with tools and resources that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We’ve found that our clients find the most success when they have the freedom and flexibility to choose what feels right to them. Since it’s up to you utilize the tools and resources we provide as you see fit we cannot guarantee you’ll achieve your health and fitness goals.

If you choose in-person or virtual personal training we offer flexible payment plans to fit your budget.
If you choose weekly personalized workouts you’re investment is $125 a month in one payment or two payments of $62.50 on the 1st and 15th of the month.

We don’t offer refunds due to the nature of our program. You’re welcome to cancel your weekly workout program at any time. If you cancel in the middle of your monthly membership, you will not receive a prorated refund.
We may ask you why you’re canceling to get your feedback on the program. We’re always looking for ways to make our program better for our clients.
